Terms reminder
Hosts & businesses
Bridge keeps a 10% platform fee on every paid ticket and booking sold through the platform.
Hosts must be verified before selling tickets.
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
Customers & workers
When a bid is accepted, the customer's payment for Local Jobs and services is collected and held securely in Bridge escrow.
Escrow releases the payout to the worker once the job is completed and confirmed. Bridge keeps its platform fee and passes the rest to the worker (minus payment processing).
Customers and workers agree on price and timing before work begins; if there's a dispute, funds stay held in escrow until it's resolved.
Reporting a payment dispute
1.Contact the other party first to try to resolve the issue directly.
2.If unresolved, open a report from the listing or profile with details and any proof of payment.
3.Bridge reviews reports to protect community trust — repeated or fraudulent behavior can lead to lost reputation, badges, or removal.
4.For tickets, subscriptions, and boosts paid through the app, contact Bridge support for in-app refund and dispute handling.
How refunds work
In-app payments (tickets, subscriptions, boosts): refunded through the original payment method via Bridge support, subject to each item's refund window.
24-hour boosts: non-refundable once active; refundable only if the ad never activated.
Verification fees: non-refundable once verification is processed.
